The calendar fills up quickly as we are a small company so we want to get you on the books within 72 hours of your approved proposal. Your proposal payment will go into the overall price if you choose to work with us. At this time 30% of your contract will be requested. This will secure your date and ensure that the company can begin preparing for your event.
GETTING YOU BOOKED:
Within a 10 day window of our consultation we are hard at work bringing your vision to life. Our proposal involves the contract, pricing, and a unique fully in-depth vision board created just for your wedding by our designer. You will know exactly what type and color of every flower for your big day with thoughtfully designed details. Starting the proposal involves a $250 deposit for the amount of love and labor we provide in the vision board.

Clients should fill out the initial questionnaire above so we have your details before the consultation. In the consultation we discuss the difference in a la carte service versus a full wedding service so you have a better understanding of what you need.

Southern Pines Floral Haus is an excellent option for weddings, especially if you want a stress-free experience. Our company offers customizable packages that cater to individual preferences and needs. This means that you can choose from a variety of options to create a package that suits your budget, style, and vision.
Your wedding has finally arrived and we feel honored to be a part of it. On the day of your event, Southern Pines Floral Haus will deliver and set up your arrangements. You can relax and enjoy your special day, knowing that your flowers are in good hands.
THE DAY WE HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR:
The last 30 days before the wedding we like to check in to make sure you have everything that you need. We can discuss any final add-ons you may want and share the excitement with you. This is when we will do the final payment of the remaining 40% of your contract so you don’t have to worry about anything but, enjoying your big day!
FINAL CHECK IN:
At the 2-3 month mark before the wedding we have a check-in. We check on if your style has changed, or if there has been a change in event details, etc. Of course we love to hear from our couples whenever needed but, we want to set some expected dates as well. This will also line up with your next payment of 30% of what is left on your contract.
